DC4SKI (Dual Careers for Ski) is a project financed by ERASMUS+ Sports. It aims to find solutions to the problem of early abandonment of ski racing and to promote dual careers for ski athletes. We also aim to show how educational and work environments that support dual careers in alpine ski racing are not only beneficial for the athletes but also for the sustainable economic and social development of the mountain areas where Ski Clubs operates. The project therefore advocates for the development of European best practices in the field of dual careers for Alpine ski racers
